Heather DalSantoMedical Assistant
Heather is a South Florida native who graduated top of her class in the Medical Assistant program with 25 years of medical experience. Heather works alongside Dr. Avino in the clinic to help provide the highest quality of care, helping patients navigate their journey toward joint replacement. From scheduling to preoperative and postoperative care, Heather enjoys interacting with each patient, with a passion for improving patient outcomes through education, knowledge and support. In her free time, she enjoys the beach, mountain biking, good food, and spending time with family.
Jade AlvarezSurgical Coordinator
Jade joined Palm Beach Orthopaedic Institute in 2018, and is an instrumental part of the joint replacement team, helping schedule and coordinate patient care for Dr. Avino. As a proud military wife and mother, she is passionate about helping people, and prides herself on being available for all patient needs. In her free time, Jade enjoys shopping, cooking, exploring, chasing waterfalls, and creating memories with her family.
